Market over reacted to the S&P ratings neg outlook, although general markets are neutral to negative.
Hold positions until over reaction subsides.

imho, Aes "ace" My take

• Generally short term (ST) bearish.;
• uptrend broken for Nasdaq100, S&P500 and Russell2000.
• Dow Industrial is turning down.
